Pursuant to section 87Q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
29 March 2000, notice is hereby given that the Deputy Secretary Air Services, having received an application from Royal Tongan Airlines Limited of Nuku'alofa, Tonga, has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for an increase in capacity to the equivalent of 5 B737 services per week between Tonga and New Zealand.
