On the 22nd day of March 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Ronald Jackson Heta of 7 Elliott Street, Hamilton, was convicted and fined $300.00, Court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 14 April 2000, following his conviction on 22 March 2000 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, and in addition to the
above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates G. Scott and P. Fergusson have ordered that a
Mazda 323 motor vehicle, registration No. LC 2714
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Ronald Jackson Heta, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 22nd day of March 2000.
