On the 30th day of March 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Henry Robert Dixon of 70 Wharetoroa Drive, Lake Rotoiti, was convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of $1000.00 and Court costs $130.00, and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years and indefinite disqualification, under section 65, from 15 August 2000, following his conviction on 30 March 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (1), driving whilst disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. W. Cooper, has ordered that a
Honda motor vehicle, registration No. ML 2688
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 30th day of March 2000.
