On the 2nd day of November 1999 at the District Court at Morrinsville, Brian Lindsay Wilton of 337B Waghorn Road, Waharoa, was convicted and sentenced to 7 days imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 17 December 1999, following his conviction on 21 September 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (third or subsequent offence), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McAloon, has ordered that a
1982 Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. KQ 8112
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Brian Lindsay Wilton, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
