H. White, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a
Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. LA 9245
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Koro Sidney Raimona Tukaki, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 30th day of March 2000.
