Amendment (No. 7)
Pursuant to section 124 (1) (d) of the Social Security Act 1964, I, Steve Maharey, Minister of Social Services and Employment, establish and approve the following amendments to the Special Needs Grant welfare programme (as established and approved on 18 December 1998), which are to be read with and considered part of the programme on and from 1 April 2000.

A m e n d m e n t s
1. Clause 9.7 (c) of the programme is amended by inserting, after the words "under section 69C of the Act", the words "or any payment under the Disability Assistance Programme under section 124 (1) (d) of the Act".
2. Clause 11.4.6.1 (c) of the programme is amended by inserting, after the words "disability allowance under the Act", the words "or any payment under the Disability Assistance Programme under section 124 (1) (d) of the Act".
