Pursuant to section 124 (1) (d) of the Social Security Act 1964, I, Steve Maharey, Minister of Social Services and Employment, establish and approve the following amendment to the Recoverable Assistance welfare programme (as established and approved on 15 February 1999), which is to be read with and considered part of the programme on and from 1 April 2000.

A m e n d m e n t s
Clause 11.1.2 (c) of the programme is amended by inserting, after the words "under section 69C of the Act", the words "or any payment under the Disability Assistance Programme under section 124 (1) (d) of the Act".
