On the 28th day of February 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Rachel Sandra Mason, care of Cambridge Thoroughbred Lodge, State Highway No. 1, Cambridge, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 30 April 2000, following her conviction on 28 February 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a
Honda Integra motor vehicle, registration No. UJ 6528
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or by a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.30 p.m. on the 9th day of March 2000.
