On the 14th day of March 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Darren Bond Waghorn of 21 Ruakiwi Road, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment suspended for 1 year, 5 months periodic detention, 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely from 14 March 2000, following his conviction on 14 March 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (third or subsequent offence), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea has ordered that a
Mitsubishi Mirage motor vehicle, registration No. MO 404
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Darren Bond Waghorn, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 14th day of March 2000.
