On the 23rd day of December 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Panapa Napa Hiku of 38 Kohekohe Crescent, Meremere, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and indefinitely disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence following his conviction on 23 December 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (third or subsequent offence), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Panapa Napa Hiku, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 23rd day of December 1999.
