Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence from December 1988, which was granted under those regulations to Pastor David Costar, in respect of The Ark Preschool, Nelson (65421), situated at
183 Queen Street, Richmond, Nelson.
The centre has moved premises.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
