On the 9th day of March 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Inderjeet Singh of 5 James Cook Drive, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, was convicted and fined $750.00 and Court costs of $130.00, and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely from 9 March 2000, following his conviction on 9 March 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, A. Ngatai and H. White, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a
Ford Laser motor vehicle, registration No. SD 9053
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Inderjeet Singh, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 9th day of March 2000.
