the above-mentioned penalty, A. Ngatai and H. White, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a
Holden Kingswood motor vehicle, registration

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kevin Robert Scott, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 9th day of March 2000.
