On the 3rd day of March 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Mohinder Singh Siana of 64 Deanwell Avenue, Hamilton, was convicted and fined $1,800.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence, pursuant to section 65 of the Land Transport Act, from 26 May 2000, following his conviction on 3 March 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (3rd or subsequent offence) and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. L. Rota has ordered that a
Toyota motor vehicle, registration No. RL 9683
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Mohinder Singh Siana be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 3rd day of March 2000.
