Pursuant to section 96 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999,
I hereby give notice that I have revoked on the date of this notice the approval of the use by the Meat Industry Research Institute of New Zealand of the code of ethical conduct of the New Zealand Pastoral Agriculture Research Institute Limited.
Notice No. 5278 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 26th day of August 1993 in issue No. 126 at page 2542, is hereby revoked.
