Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 August 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Maureen Oliver, in respect of Don Olivers Childcare Centre - New Lynn (20542), situated at 2-7 Rankin Avenue, New Lynn, Auckland.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
