On the 28th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Brian Michael Whare of 330 Clayton Road, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment cumulative on 6 months imprisonment imposed on CRN: 9772-3 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for a period of
12 months commencing 6 September 2001, following his conviction on 28 January 2000 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified (1), dangerous driving (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a
1979 Mazda 323 motor vehicle, registration No. JF 2311
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 28th day of January 2000.
