On the 3rd day of February 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Ira-Ann Josie Emery of 45 Rimu Drive, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 5 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 21 April 2000 following her conviction on 3 February 2000 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having previously been convicted of driving while disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. W. Cooper has ordered that a
Nissan motor vehicle, registration No. OQ 4816
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 3rd day of February 2000.
