On the 8th day of February 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Rama Toroa Kaka of 42A 20th Avenue, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 18 months from 8 February 2000 following his conviction on 8 February 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol having been convicted at least twice previously, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 8th day of February 2000.
