Subaru Legacy (white) motor vehicle, registration No. UR 8805
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jamie Robert Postmaa, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 10th day of February 2000.
