16 February 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates A. Ngatai and H. White have ordered that a
Mitsubishi motor vehicle, registration No. MO 4555
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Tilly Ngahuia Briggs, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a bailiff of the District Court at Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 16th day of February 2000.
