12 months from 3 February 2000, following his conviction on 3 February 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates A. A. Ngatai and H. J. White have ordered that a:
Mitsubishi Lancer motor vehicle, registration No. KN 9759
driven by the above-mentioned defendant, Keith Jason Robinson, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 3rd day of February 2000.
