Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 September 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Ruth Bastet, in respect to Levin Montessori Pre-School 1 (52530), situated at
8 Seddon Street, Levin.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
