7 February 2000, following his conviction on 7 February 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a
Toyota Hiace motor vehicle, registration No. SH 5805
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kevin Roger Hainge, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 7th day of February 2000.
