The National Bank of New Zealand Limited at Wellington being the mortgagee, pursuant to mortgage
No. 871993/3, hereby gives notice that on or about 19th day of July 2000, it took possession of the property owned by David Frederick Stewart and Karen Irene Stewart at
80 Riselaw Road, Dunedin, being the property comprised in certificate of title 14D/691 (Otago Land Registry).
Communications relating to the mortgaged property may be forwarded to the bank's solicitors, Harman & Co, P.O. Box 13-151, Christchurch, for the attention of K. Standage.
