Mortgaged Premises: Canterbury Tavern, corner of Norwich Quay and Oxford Street, Lyttelton (certificate of title references 20B/1183, 9B/952 and 420/120).
Date of Entry into Possession of the Mortgaged Premises by the Mortgagee's Tenant: 24 November 1999.
Date of First Receipt of Income From the Mortgaged Premises by the Mortgagee: 3 March 2000.
