The Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, intends to remove the following companies on the grounds that they were placed into liquidation and the Registrar is of the opinion that the liquidator is no longer acting.
Any objection to the removal of the companies, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 1927, Dunedin, within 20 working days from the date of this notice.
