Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, John Baron, a shareholder in the above-named company, having its registered office at 151 High Street, Lower Hutt, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington for the removal of the company from the Companies Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies within 20 days from the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
