Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Wayne Robert Adsett, liquidator Robeen Exporters Limited (in liquidation), Blue Industries Limited
(in liquidation) and Elizabethan Holdings Limited
(in liquidation), whose registered offices are situated at Level Two, 90 Symonds Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 28th day of December 2000.
