Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
The Registrar is satisfied that the above-named company was placed into liquidation and that no liquidator is acting.
Under section 336 (4) of the Companies Act 1955, the company will, at the expiration of 3 months from the date of this notice, be removed from the Register.
Any objection to the removal of the above-named company must be delivered to the Registrar's Office, Private Bag
92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, before the expiry of the
3 months.
