Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register

Take notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is my intention to apply to the Registrar to remove the company Newry Downs Limited
(in liquidation) from the Register.
The grounds are that the company was put into liquidation by the shareholders, has discharged in full it liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Unless written objection to the removal of the company from the Register is received within 20 working days from the date of this notice, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be obliged to remove the company from the Register.
