Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Douglas Colin Brooker, being a director authorised by the shareholders of the above-named company having its registered office at Level 3A, 17 Albert Street, Auckland, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of Silverlake 1 Limited from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution.
Any person objecting to the removal of the company may do so, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and must deliver such objection to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
