Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register of Companies
Registered Office: Level One, 95 Manukau Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the New Zealand Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies may be made under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 10th day of March 2000.
