Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From Register
Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that I, Robert Medway, being a director of
the above-named company, intend to remove from the
New Zealand Register the above-named company, which has its registered office at Level Twenty-six, Cooper
& Lybrand Tower, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland, by request under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
