Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that I, Sir John Anderson, being a director of the above-named company and authorised by the board of the above-named company to make an application, intend to request that the above-named company be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
The grounds on which the request will be made are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed any surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by Monday, the 18th day of December 2000.
