Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 351 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, after the 11th day of January 2001, the above-named company intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Anthony Group Limited, whose registered office is situated at
48-54 Mulgrave Street, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia.
