Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
In the matter of Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Hart Graphics & Framing Systems Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (d), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and this Act.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 14th day of December 2000.
