Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993

The shareholders of PQS Investments Limited have resolved by special resolution that as the company has ceased trading, an application be made to have the company removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal of the company must be made to the registered office by the 15th day of December 2000.
