Notice of Removal of Companies From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Each of the above ENZAFRUIT companies, care of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, 1 Willis Street, Wellington, gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for each company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on the basis that each company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of any of the above ENZAFRUIT companies from the New Zealand Register must be made to the Registrar by Monday, the 11th day of December 2000.
