Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Bloch & Behrens (NZ) Limited ("the company"), which has its registered office at Christchurch, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 5th day of December 2000 (being a date not less than
20 working days after the date of this notice).
