Take notice that D'Urville Farming Co Limited has applied, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), to be removed from the Register upon the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any person wishing to object to the removal from the Register, under section 321 of the Act, must deliver to the Registrar of Companies an objection by the 8th day of December 2000.
