Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended that the company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar before the 14th day of November 2000, being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
The office of the liquidator of the company is Ibbotson, Cooney & Co, Level One, 69 Tarbert Street, Alexandra.
