Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is given that it is intended that Roskenna Investments Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at 53 Exmouth Road, Northcote, Auckland, be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed the final report with the Registrar as required by section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 10th day of November 2000.
