Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register the above-named company, which has its registered office at Level Fourteen, 113-119
The Terrace, Wellington.
The removal is by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidators' final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.
The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 10th day of November 2000.
