the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

I advise that Korohina Builders Limited has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and delivered to the Registrar no later than at least 20 working days after the publication of this notice.
