In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Buildcraft Holdings Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (b), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in existence.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such an objection no later than the 3rd day of March 2000.
