Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Inland Farms Limited (in liquidation) and Burfoot Properties Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
(b) Any objection to the removals, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar no later than the 6th day of November 2000.
