Notice of Intention for Removal of a Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and all surplus assets distributed.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of the company must be delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of October 2000.
