Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 30th day of October 2000.
