Notice of Intended Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Radford Farms Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 221 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
Unless written objection to such removal, under section
296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch by the 30th day of September 2000 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
